Precision-forged from a single piece of high-carbon stainless-steel, the steel is 20% sharper with twice the brink retention way to Wusthof’s Precision Edge Technology (PEtec). The black polyoxymethylene (POM) maintain is triple riveted for precise keep watch over. Tempered to 58 degrees Rockwell, this forks also includes a double tang and full bolster. This two pronged fork helps guide the carving knife away out of your hands and efficiently slice large roasts. The beef fork also holds meat in place at the same time as slicing or serving.
