This steel is fully blacksmith forged onto the bottom iron with a traditional technology of Sanjo. So Knives are forged within the traditional skills of the blacksmith Sanjyo, the blade with this construction of hard steel for cutting edge and of soft iron for body provides easiness to re-sharpen, exquisite sharpness, tenacity and durability.
