Description

This Deba (fish) knife is principally used for cleaning and filleting fist and dressing poultry and other meats. Deba knives have a thicker blade and are more durable. The Ho wood maintain has a buffalo horn ferrule. At the same time as handiest beveled at the right side, this blade maintain is for left or right handed chef.
