Description

Our Damask Kobocho Knife is suitable for working with small items needing a delicate touch. The blade is a triple lamination that reproduces a traditional Damascus surface. The two outer layers are each and every made of 32 alternating layers of nickel and stainless steel polished to reveal a pattern that may be unique as a finger print. The core material is the new SKD11 stainless die steel hardened to Rc64 for exceptional sharpness and edge holding properties. This manufacturing process produces a rust resistant blade a good way to take care of its perfection through the years. A polished hexagonal Ebony wood maintain enhances the wonderful thing about each and every knife. Blade size is 4? and overall length is 8½?. Shipped in a ravishing gift box.
