Our Tosagata Ikasaki Knife has a narrow, thin blade designed for cutting squid, octopus and other small fish such as aji and smelt. It is usually suitable for other types of small, delicate cuts, such as peeling vegetables and fruit. Blade length is 5? and overall length is 10½?.
